At just 25, the Russian Dina Ivanova is a fairly new face in piano land. She has raised eye brows at competitions, winning the Public Award at the Inter national Franz Liszt Piano Competition. Her familiarity with the work of the Hungarian composer is clear in her solo interpretation of his infamous Totentanz. Schumann is here too, in more joyful tones. As in much of his early work, his classic Kreisleriana excels in the spirited exchange of characters.
